Some businesses need screens that do real work: logins, customer records, schedules, and rules. That's a web app.

I host what I build on a server I run and maintain myself. I'll also take over a site somebody else built.

How a project runs
Four steps, and you don't pay until you've seen the finished work.
You explain what you need once, to the person who's going to build it. There's nobody in the middle.
Tell me about your business
A quick call or a few texts. You don't need to know anything about websites.
I build it
Most business websites take one to two weeks once I have your info and photos.
You look it over
Changes until you're happy with it. There's no set number of rounds, and if you're still not happy, you owe nothing.
You pay, and it goes live
I send you a payment link: an invoice for anything paid in one go, or your card set up for the monthly plan or hosting. Your site launches, and on a monthly plan I keep it running from there.
Bigger projects like web apps and custom software get a timeline and payment terms with the quote.
