The live demo runs the real ranking rules in your browser. Nothing is saved.
Most departments still fill overtime off a shared spreadsheet — and spreadsheets get edited. The Stick List replaces it with one enforced rule: whoever has been passed over longest goes first, and nobody further down the roster can be logged before the person above them.
- Mandatory and voluntary lists, each with its own ranking and tie-breaking rules
- Ranked automatically by who was mandated, or last volunteered, longest ago
- Ties broken by seniority — and the rule runs opposite ways for mandatory and voluntary, the way the contract usually reads
- Declines and no-answers are logged but do not move anyone's position
- Per-account logins for supervisors and admins
- Full audit trail — every change recorded with who made it and when
- Admin edits require a written reason, stored alongside the old and new values
- Runs completely offline — no server, no internet, no cloud account
Licensing
The Stick List is a Windows desktop application, licensed per computer. Activation is a one-time key tied to that machine — there is no expiry and no subscription. Get in touch and I will quote for the number of machines you need.
